The Legislative Assistants to Members of Parliament (LAMP) Fellowship provides an opportunity for young Indians to be mentored by a Member of Parliament for a period of 10-11 months, subject to the Parliamentary calendar. The LAMP Fellows work full time with the assigned MP, from the beginning of the Monsoon session to the end of the Budget session of Parliament. Since I got the golden opportunity of working with an NGO, I would love to share my experience with all of you.
