We conducted a workshop for the female students of Gujarat National Law University, as a part of The Right to Menstrual Health Project. The session focused on imparting skill training for conducting Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) sessions for underprivileged adolescent girls.
During the session, the trainees were also acquainted with the policy issues and the grassroots reality associated with period poverty in India. Having learnt effective and suitable approaches to address the issue of menstruation and all its aspects, they will now assist us in the field and conduct training sessions for adolescent girls in the villages of Gujarat.
